Why Vector exists
The job was simple.Everything around it wasn't.
Before, ownership passed through management, brokerage and an agent before it reached the renter. With Vector, ownership connects straight through Vector to the renter.
Our founders came from two sides of the business: ownership and leasing. Both saw the same problem. Too many handoffs, too much time lost.
Vector closed the gap. Ownership and leasing work from the same information, the same day, with one team accountable for the result. We didn't reinvent leasing. We took out what was slowing it down.
